Greenwood Village continues to see its average prices increase and the number of transactions increase all year long. At Mid-Year, Average Prices and the Number of Transactions Are UP!
There are a number of reasons why this is happening, but the attached report will graphically demonstrate the continued market strength in this village. This is further improvement from even two months ago.
The message that needs to be sent here is important for all readers. When the “double comma” market drifted to less than 1% of the total transaction count, and with a similar effect between $750K – $1M, it is now back to over 3%, should this grow to 4%, we could really be back on track.
